Glorney-Gilbert Cup 2020

This year, due to the Covid-19 restrictions, the Glorney-Gilbert Cup was hosted by England as an online event.

Participating nations were Belgium, England, Ireland, The Netherlands, Scotland and Wales.

Sussex’s Lucy Bennet-Stevens played top board in rounds 1-3, helping England to a 3-0 victory over Wales in Round 1; and contributing a very good draw against Irish WIM Trisha Kanyamarala in Round 3.

Overall England came second behind a very strong Dutch team.
