Congratulations to Ben Crosby and Tom Howeson – the first Sussex players selected to the National Chess Junior Squad this season.
Ben placed 3rd at the recent British Rapidplay in Pudsey, earning him his second half-norm, and thus qualification to the squad.
Tom gained his second half norm at the London Junior Chess Championships Under-14 section 14th/15th December.
