British Chess Championships, Liverpool, 31st July-10th August 2025

Over 26 Sussex Juniors and their families made the journey to Liverpool to compete in the British Chess Championships – the ECF (English Chess Federation) flagship congress. Lots of chess and fun was had by all in the great and historic St Georges Hall venue and in a close by hotel where some other events overflowed to. They were also joined by Jonathan Tuck there to support the players and coach and ex junior Callum Brewer who was playing too.
