Girls still rule in Sussex after Abi Fryer was the unexpected but worthy winner of the Under 11 championships. Following in the footsteps of last year’s Sussex star, Stephanie Barraclough, Abi swept all before her (well almost) including the pre-tournament favourite Andrew Tucker to take the title by half a point.
Hellingly were the schools champions, with Dorset House second and St. Lawrence, Hurstpierpoint third.
